  • Research Programmes: The FNR may not directly finance institutions from the private sector in the framework of its research programmes, but encourages collaborations between the public and private sector. In this case, the participation of private-sector researchers in a research programme must be provided e.g. through an institution's own resources or through a support by the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade.
