The seminar
"What's on a Food Label? Assay Development for Allergen Detection and Species Identification in Fish Products"
held by Dr. François Hentges and Dr. Annette Kuehn (Laboratory of Immunogenetics and Allergology, CRP-Santé),
will take place on Friday 6th February 2010 from 09.00 am to 10.00 am
at the Modular Building of the CRP-Santé (84, Val Fleuri, Luxembourg).
Entrance to the seminar is free.
