ERC Advanced Grant: New Call for Proposals published
The ERC published its 2010 Call for Advanced Grants on 29th October 2009 with a budget of 590 Mio. EUR.

- ERC-2010-AdG 20100407 Advanced Grant for Social Sciences and Humanities (Deadline: 07.04.2010)
In order to encourage the Luxembourg participation in the ERC calls, the FNR has decided to launch a national initiative offering the possibility for financial support to finalists of the ERC Grant competitions which have been positively evaluated but whose proposals cannot be funded by the ERC due to budgetary limits (the so-called runners up).
The FNR support covers both
- the ERC Starting Independent Researcher grant scheme, and
- the ERC Advanced Investigator grant scheme
