Management, payment of grants and onsite support by EuroScience
Upon acceptance of their travel grants, EuroScience will get in touch with the grantees to invite them to ESOF 2020 in Trieste, transferring to them a personal grant of 900 EUR to cover all costs, including the registration fee, travel, subsistence and overnight stays and any other (50% of the grant will be paid upon registration and the other 50% upon receipt of the report – see below). EuroScience will also provide all practical information and support for the grantees before the event and onsite.
The grantees are in charge of organising their registration, travel and overnight stays.
EuroScience requests a report by each of the grantees on their ESOF experience, a copy of which must be addressed to the FNR.

The FNR ESOF 2020 grant is a personal merit based grant based on a lump sum of 900 EUR. No cost statement or receipt is required at the end of the activity, but a personal report about the ESOF 2020 experience by the grantee (if possible with a photo of ESOF 2020).
