Lecture Series on Biomedical Research: ‘New innovation models for biopharmaceutical innovation – Preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals’

As part of its new lecture series ‘Biomedical Research: from discovery to patients’, the LIH is organising a lecture on the topic ‘New innovation models for biopharmaceutical innovation: Preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals’. The lecture takes place on Wednesday, 21 June 2017. 

Speaker is Professor Goldman, a medical doctor specialised in immunology and internal medicine. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Innovation in healthcare and Professor of immunology and pharmacotherapy at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

This lecture series is supported by the FNR via the KITS project ‘Accelerate innovation and value CreaTiOn from Research projects‘.

About the lecture series

‘Biomedical Research: from discovery to patients’ is a LIH new lecture series, coordinated by Research Knowledge Transfer Office (KITS/ACTOR project) and supported by the FNR. It will focus on the actors and majors challenges of biomedical research and innovation through testimonials of Researchers-entrepreneurs.
The series will be divided in two main parts:

  • ‘Research results at the center of the therapeutic revolution’ (A) and;
  • ‘Define, mature and realize your applied research projects: valorization tools’ (B)
