Lecture series in Infection & Immunity: “The COVID-19 pandemic and the response by the scientific community in Luxembourg”

As part of its lecture series on Infection & Immunity, the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) is organising a lecture on the topic “The COVID-19 pandemic and the response by the scientific community in Luxembourg” with speaker Prof Paul Wilmes. The lecture takes place on Thursday, 16 September 2021. 

Speaker

Prof Paul Wilmes is Professor, Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine Department of Life Sciences and Medicine, Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine, Univerity of Luxembourg. Prof Wilmes is also the deputy spokesperson for the Research Luxembourg COVID-19 task force.

The LIH Lecture Series and Workshops on Infection and Immunity, supported through the FNR’s RESCOM: Scientific Events programme, gather internationally recognised speakers to address topics around Infection and Immunity. The series is co-coordinated by FNR ATTRACT Fellow Prof Dr Dirk Brenner.
