Lecture series Infection & Immunity: Prof Andrew Macpherson

As part of its lecture series on Infection & Immunity, the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) is organising a lecture on the topic ‘Distinct mucosal or systemic responses to non-pathogenic intestinal microbes build the baseline B cell repertoire and its functional responsiveness’. The lecture takes place on Thursday, 12 December 2019.

Prof Andrew Macpherson is Full Professor of Medicine and Director of Gastroenterology, University of Bern, Switzerland.

The LIH Lecture Series and Workshops on Infection and Immunity, supported through the FNR’s RESCOM: Scientific Events programme, gather internationally recognised speakers to address topics around Infection and Immunity. The series is co-coordinated by FNR ATTRACT Fellow Prof Dr Dirk Brenner.
