The Mathematics Department at the University of Luxembourg is organising the lecture series ‘Mathematics, Science and Technology’, which aims at sharing the most recent developments of mathematics and their applications in the Luxembourg scientific community. The first lecture takes place on Tuesday, 4 December 2018.
Speaker will be Nicolas Bergeron, Professor of Mathematics at Sorbonne Université on the topic ‘A hyperbolic manifold fibering over the circle (and a theorem of Ian Agol and Dani Wise)’
