The FNR is pleased to announce that the 11th edition of the Science Festival in Luxembourg will take place from 9 to 12 November 2017. Anyone with an idea for a workshop or show is invited to submit proposals by 24 February 2017.
The bi-annual Science Festival is organised by the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) and the FNR. The purpose of the event is to present and promote science and research in Luxembourg and to encourage young people and the general public to become interested in and curious about science and technology. The Science Festival attracts more and more visitors with every new edition and it has now become an event not to be missed.
Call for Proposals
If you have an idea for a workshop or a show you would like to present at this flagship event for the promotion of science in Luxembourg, submit your proposal by 24 February 2017. There are no thematic restrictions – the Call is open to activities from all scientific and technological domains. Proposals will be selected by 31 March 2017.
- Interactive workshops (hands-on science)
- Science-related shows and theatrical performances
- Other activities e.g. scientific walk-acts (only for the weekend)
Please note that conferences, lectures and information stands are not eligible.
