Science in Society Events

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN DEMONSTRATING YOUR FIELD OF SCIENCE TO THE PUBLIC IN A FUN WAY?

The FNR (co-)organises the events Science Festival and Researchers’ Days, where countless visitors can discover the world of science and research through a series of fun workshops and shows by researchers and science communicators.

SCIENCE FESTIVAL

RESEARCHERS’ DAYS

DO YOU WANT TO HELP INSPIRE STUDENTS?

Every year, the FNR organises get-togethers between local researchers and secondary school pupils within the framework of the campaign Chercheurs à l’école. Researchers of all scientific disciplines go back to school to meet students to speak to them about their life as a researcher.

DO YOU WANT TO ENGAGE WITH POLITICIANS?

In 2016 the FNR launched its first Researchers-Politicians Pairing Scheme, where researchers and parliamentarians meet in their respective environments to foster a better mutual understanding.

Calls for participation for these events are launched annually and communicated via our FNR Info newsletter, our webpage and our social media channels Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
