The FNR is pleased to launch the 2025 AFR Individual call with a deadline of 12 March 2025, 14:00 CET. Through AFR Individual, the FNR awards PhD grants to Luxembourg researchers anywhere in the world, or for researchers of any nationality in Luxembourg. As was the case in 2024, there is no AFR bilateral call in 2025.
Applicants should be aware that on average around 25% of eligible proposals are funded, due to the high number of proposals.
