Updates in programmes guidelines for 2026 & transition to new grant management system

Please note that some programme guidelines underwent changes for 2026. All applicants are therefore strongly advised to consult the respective guidelines and ensure that their applications comply with the most recent updates. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the respective programme responsible. Please also note that the FNR online submission platform is undergoing a transition to a new system end of this year and is therefore not yet accessible for newly launched funding programmes. The new platform (with the same URL link) will be active and available for new submissions as of 5 January, for CORE it will be late January.

Please note that the FNR online submission platform is undergoing a transition to a new system end of this year and is therefore not yet accessible for newly launched funding programmes. The new platform (with the same URL link – grants.fnr.lu) will be active and available for new submissions as of 5 January, for CORE it will be late January. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to already prepare all required application documents. Please be assured that the guidelines, templates, and required content will not change for already opened calls, and all prepared documents can be uploaded to the platform once it goes live. 

Please note that reporting via the grant management platform is not affected by these updates. We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary situation may cause and would like to thank you for your understanding during this transition phase.
