The cooperation between the NCBR and the FNR is restricted to bilateral projects in the domain of innovation in services, a research priority for Luxembourg. The FNR will always be the lead agency, and projects can have a maximum duration of 3 years, as set out in the guidelines of the FNR’s CORE programme.
Projects are funded by both the NCBR and the FNR respectively, according to national rules.
1. WHERE TO APPLY: LEAD AGENCY
- All applications must be submitted to the FNR, via the FNR Online Grant Management System.
- Poland-based applicants have to submit additional documents to the NCBR. Please see the NCBR rules (external link).
2. WHEN TO APPLY
Applications must be submitted within the annual call for the FNR’s CORE programme.
As lead agency, the FNR will be the agency evaluating all applications under the FNR – NCBR agreement. Both the FNR and NCBR will base their funding decisions on the FNR’s evaluation.
