The EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) has launched the 2024 joint trans-national call for multinational research projects on ‘Mechanisms And Measurement Of Disease Progression In The Early Phase Of Neurodegenerative Diseases’. Pre-proposal deadline is 5 March 2024, 12:00 CET.
The FNR will support this Call through its INTER programme and will contribute up to 500,000 EUR.
The aim of the call is to improve the understanding of disease mechanisms and advancing measurability of disease progression at early and pre-symptomatic stages of neurodegenerative diseases. Proposals to this call must be ambitious, innovative, multi-disciplinary and multi-national, i.e. include research teams from at least three different countries. They must be hypothesis driven and should have a strong focus on methodology.
